I came here to get my car checked out for repairs and wanted to get an estimate from them. The mechanic told me he’ll take like 30mins. Waited for an hour and 20 mins. I asked them if he was going to be done anytime soon. Literally told me another 30mins. Such a disgrace for a collision service store I tell you. No communication whatsoever, they couldn’t even bother telling me it’ll take longer or whatsoever. Oh well, their loss. Loss an potential client. Don’t recommend people coming here… save your time

I have been driving for almost 60 years, and honestly feel that I know the stark difference between businesses with integrity and those which have little or no integrity at all. In this, my first visit to Fort Hill, I found both the staff and the product to have maximum integrity. The staff was friendly, competent and honest with me about both the cost of my repairs and the time it would take to get it done. CORRUPT !!! This place will want your car for 3 days to a week to replace a bumper cover. Meanwhile they bilk your insurance and say there is other damage and want you to rent a car next door at Enterprise (cooincidence?). The same work is done at other places in town where they get you in and out in less than one day. My friends and I have all experienced the same schpiel by them that there "may" be other damage not visible and that's why they need your car so long and you have to rent one. Shop around, you'll get the same job done in less time without the FRAUD at other places !!

The team at Fort Hill took great care in repairing my car after someone T-boned it. When more damage was discovered during the repair process, they were great communicating what additional repairs were needed and with contacting my insurance for authorization. I highly recommend Fort Hill Collision Services because of the exceptional service I received from beginning to end. What could have been a very difficult transaction to navigate with insurance, rental, etc. was made simple and painless. Somebody hit my car, and I had a small amount of damage to my bumper fender and wheel well. They were in touch with my insurance company and didn’t give me a puffed up estimate. My insurance company paid me 100% of the repair because it was a fair estimate. Fort Hill cares a lot about how their Customers see them, and appreciate a fair price on a great repair. All the staff were friendly. They vacuumed the interior of my car as well. Only one downside? They’re closed on the weekends.

Great job getting a huge scratch/ off of my 2015 Ford F150 door. There was a big wide scratch that I had no idea how it got there. The staff was very professional and courteous about looking at my truck, assessing the damage, giving me a quote of what it would cost to fix and what would need to be done to fix it. They were able to get me an appointment to get it taken care of . I was able to sit and wait for the truck to be completed in they're very clean waiting area and work on my laptop. I will be making another appointment soon to have my truck completely detailed I will definitely return to

Absolutely terrible! They kept my car for almost 3 weeks (much longer than they said they would) and ended up charging over $1000 more than their estimate. They then released my car to me without aligning it first, which after a long battle they finally admitted was unsafe and their oversight (I had specifically asked them to realign it when I dropped the car off.) They told me that they "usually test drive cars before giving them back" but "must have missed" mine.
