They did An amazing job on my car, after my car accident back bumper. Paint , and they left it brand new and clean. customer service was amazing and helpful. Had my car for a week and it was done. My car looked like it came out of a dealership brand new I’d deff recommend!!!

This company fully understands and practices customer service, my repairs, after a slight collision, were taken care of in a very timely fashion, professional throughout from check in to receiving my vehicle. I could not recommend them more. The best service around, and I live 1 hour drive away. Will always be my go to. Kudos to a great team.

My first experience renting a van from this company, and I was very impressed! The vehicle was clean and in great shape, the few folks I dealt with were friendly and professional, and the whole process was completely painless. This place is top notch! the first clue is how helpful and truly friendly they are. perhaps you think that's not important to you, and maybe that is true. but they did go out of their way to get me a good deal on their rentals, they were very communicative so I could understand how much my repair would cost and how long it would take. and when they couldn't get parts because of covid they gave me a new time estimate. I first went to King Auto body in northampton. seemingly a nice guy. but they were having staffing problems and the guy never told me that he wouldn't be able to do my car until I

Service was prompt and friendly, the rental was very reasonably priced with the generous mileage allotment. The car was clean and in good shape and performed just fine. I would definitely use these guys again if I need a car rental and do recommend them to others.

I LOVE this local independent business! I rented a car for week visit. All representatives were friendly, informative, helpful; car was great.. Cost was much lower than any of the larger chains. Mileage allowance very generous at 700 miles/day, though I didn’t use that much. Highly recommend!

I use this place to rent their 16' box trucks. I have a small moving company and occasionally I need to rent a truck. I have been using uhaul for years and I finally got fed up with them so I decided to take a look at my other options. A friend had mentioned North Amherst Motors so I gave them a call and rented a truck.
I was very impressed. The guy who handled my reservation, Josh, was super friendly, very knowledgeable and good at his job. He set us up with a truck and away we went.
Now I have rented from them a couple times and each time is as good as the last. The trucks are always clean

As a UPS driver I have delivered to body shops for over 30 years. I've gotten to see how things are done out back where the customer usually doesn't go. Some of the shops were disorganized and dirty. I wouldn't take a trash can to one of these places to be painted. I've delivered to North Amherst Motors for 12 years. I've seen both the front office and more importantly the shop. This place by far is heads above the rest of the shops I have been to. The place is clean and organized. I have watched them work and have seen the quality of their work.

One hardly ever brags about a good time had after an accident, but I am bragging about North Amherst Motors and the service they provided. They were unfailingly pleasant and, more important, very effective. The work was done effectively, promptly and in a professional fashion. The car we got back was in impeccable shape and we received it sooner than they had estimated.
I literally cannot conceive of a way to improve this business.

I had great success bringing my car here, I had some body damage on the car and did not want to spend much money, just wanted it banged out and pieces reattached. They were able to do so at a fair price, and service was cordial and customer friendly. I would go back here if I ever had body damage on a car again.

I bring my 2 cars to Bridgitte and Bryon. They have always treated us well as customers. Attentive and good communication. Had body and mechanical repairs over the last few years and satisfied with work done. When I had issues with fix or questions, they quickly addressed. I feel they are honest shop and I don't feel ripped off.

I went here after receiving a referral from a friend. They kept my car for an extra TWO weeks and I'm pretty sure they committed insurance fraud considering I know a bit about auto body. They charged my insurance for a complete paint job on a door when they actually blended the paint (i.e. only painted a small part.)
They also delivered my car back to me filthy. When I told the owner, he had one of his people rinse the car off with a hose and then had the audacity to tell me it was "hand-washed."
Go anywhere but here!

I've had the unfortunate occasion to bring my car here twice in the past year, but each time I've been quite impressed with the level of customer service and professional work North Amherst Motors provides. I really don't like insurance-speak (it's like lawyer-ese but different), and the staff here go out of their way to put things in plain language.
