I would highly recommend JFKruse for any jewelry purchase, they also do a wonderful job on repairing and repurposing older jewelry. I wouldn’t go anywhere else because of the outstanding customer service I have received over the years. Everyone there is so professional from the owner Melissa to all of the salespeople, and the repair people. But Kyle is my go to guy! He is so helpful and goes above and beyond every time. He gets 10 stars!!

They totally ruined my 30th wedding anniversary by screwing up the ring,that I bought, 3 times. I ended up with no ring and my wifes tears on our anniversary. To make it right, they offered me $50 on account.
Talk about adding insult to injury!!
To make things more clear, I did not purchase the ring 3 times. It was the "free services" that were done incorrectly over and over, not to mention a change in the purchase agreement during the performance of the "free services" that caused the issue at hand.
I don't know of any resolution to the problem, unless you can replace the ring. Since it was

My other half and I are very very simple. Bridget worked with us in our budget/price point no problem. Never pushed us into getting anything we didn't want or that was more expensive. They have snacks and refreshments. Very well put together establishment. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for something affordable and for respectable staff. If you're in town there's plenty of food places nearby as well.

I could not have received better service. Another jeweler was not comfortable resizing a ring I owned because it was high risk of cracking during the process. They would however recreate the same ring that I’d be happier with. I spoke with J.F. Kruse over the phone and was reassured they could do the work. They explained how it would be done with very little risk. They are located 1 1/2 hours away and it was well worth the drive for the care and quality of their work. I could not recommend them enough. The owner personally met with me prior to leaving my ring with them, not something customers

My fiancé and I had some negative experiences at other jewelry stores and were recommended to J.F. Kruse by friends who had gotten their rings here. We were so pleasantly surprised by how kind & helpful everyone was! I’m an extremely picky person and they were able to find an amazing Simon G. Ring to customize to my taste, and a beautiful lab grown emerald cut diamond to go with it. I LOVE my engagement ring, thank you guys so much for making the process so fun and easy! (Don’t mind my unpainted nails, while I did pick the ring out, I had NO idea that he was proposing when he did!)

I've been into JF Kruse a couple of additional times, for a battery replacement for my watch and a new watchband, and I continue to be impressed with the customer service here. In fact, I was so happy, that I recommended that my wife get her watch band replaced here as well.
No matter if you're coming in for a battery replacement or a wedding band, they treat every customer with care, giving of their time, and going above and beyond. It's most impressive. I will definitely return.
