I am so over the moon about this place. I was lucky to come across this place when a student of mine was admitted to Hemby's Children Hospital in Charlotte. I talked to one of the ladies there about my situation and explained I probably should get balloons for the child. She very politely understood and we hung up. A few minutes later she called back and gave me the number to a place that could help fulfill my needs. I called that number and was able to get exactly what I wanted. This is true customer service that goes beyond service.It shows that The Blossom Shop really cares. Thank you.
