I had a friend who lost their family dog suddenly. They were devastated and I want to do something. I went online late last night with not a lot of luck.I stumbled upon Roseland and was very impressed with the pictures and reviews. I ordered some flowers but didn't like the vase they came in. I emailed Chuck at 1am and the next morning had a email back that they would take care of me and change the vase. By noon that day the flowers were received and were BEAUTIFUL! I'm so impressed! they were so nice and accommodating and did SUCH an amazing job. I will defiantly be returning.

I just received the most beautiful bouquet of roses ,lilies, carnations ,along with lovely filler flowers.
It was my Birthday yesterday and my cousin surprised me! The first thing I looked at was the card to see what florist had arranged this beautiful piece—Because I Had already decided that from now on I was using this florist in Charlotte! I had to send flowers to North Carolina and I live in New York. Rather then use FTD I opted for a florist online in North Carolina. I found Roseland Floral Co. and spoke to Chuck who is the owner. I took a chance which worked out extremely well. He sent a beautiful arrangement and I was very pleased when my friend sent me a picture to thank me. They looked beautiful!!! I highly recommend them.

Great customer service. There was a misunderstanding on their website regarding shipping rates. The owner, Chuck, called to let me know that he took care of it and upgraded my arrangement. Roseland created the flowers for my son's wedding in October and they were absolutely perfect. I knew they did good work but this exceeded every expectation I had! Chuck was wonderful to work with, the value was exceptional and I would highly recommend Roseland.
