I was in a multi-car collision on 8 mile road near Coolidge in Oak Park. The experience - was awful. Accidents are followed by difficult steps. Monaghans Towing Company is excellent. Their office staff and the man who towed my car are all kind, courteous and helpful! They are professional and understand the 'human side' stressful situations.

Got my truck out of the impound missing a center cap off my rim.. let Terry at the desk know and he went ham, told me to make a police report cause it was documented that it came like that but it didn't asked him can I see that in writing, he said no.. smh.. poor customer service skills!!
