If I could give them a zero I would! We broke down at 2am I found d their add advertising 24 hour service. We called over a dozen times from the side of the hwy and didn't get an answer even once. Ended up calling a family member to drive all the way down from the thumb area just to pick us up and had to leave our truck there sitting on the hub/axle (bc our tire blew off and sent sparks everywhere when we hit the road without a tire!) with a nite on the dash. False advertising, they were the closest ones to us!

Everything was great! Customer service on the phone was friendly and efficient. Such a wonderful change from to have a person answer the phone instead of prompts! The driver and dispatch communicated with us and updated us on the status and time. The car for the car and our property was top-notch. All-in-all an excellent experience and I recommend Henderson Towing to anyone!

My truck broke down and it was at their place of business for a week. The receptionist was excellent and patient with my fiancé and I. We called them everyday about the status of our vehicle. They were backed up, but she made us top priority. The Mechanic did a good job and they both had a good sense of humor!

Last night I was alone in a sketchy area with a blown tire. A recent snow storm and bad road conditions meant there was a long wait for roadside services. When driver Richard showed up, he couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I was slightly freaked out and he was calm and very helpful. Henderson Towing is now saved in my contacts and will be the first place I contact in Metro Detroit for roadside assistance. Thanks guys!

Excellent service, with a patient and courteous driver. Great price and very efficient. I'll be honest the only reason I called them was because they were the first to pop up when I frantically searched for tow companies after my car broke down, but I'm so glad it did because it was a pleasure working with them!

Wonderful service! We were stuck on the side of I-96 at 10 at night in pouring rain with a blown tire, and we called and told them to tow us from Detroit to Ypsilanti. The guy on the phone said we had to have an address to tow it to, but he sent out a truck anyways. We decided we wanted to put our bald spare tire on instead and try to get home, so the guy (named Lincoln) said yes, he could change the tire for $60. He didn't seem bothered at all that we changed our minds from towing to changing the tire. Lincoln was friendly, skilled, and quick.

Henderson Towing helped me tremendously tonight. Aaron talked me through a meltdown and calmed me down and stayed on the phone with me until the driver Richard came. Both were extremely nice and helpful. I'm really thankful for them being supportive and not being rude while I was freaking out. 5 Stars.

Prompt and professional. Quoted price over the phone which was the same as their website calculator. The driver was polite and took care loading my car. Dropped it off to the repair shop and delivered keys to the mechanic. I'll be sure to let Curt's know to recommend Henderson Towing as they did them for repair.

Oh these folks are brilliant. Had a flat tire and wasn't even sure how to access my spare (more on that later) and decided to call someone. Called Troy's and while they said they couldn't fit in the garage it was also clear they just couldn't be bothered with me. On the upside they recommended this place.
I called and got a quote that was less than half of Troy's. Not only that but they said they'd be here in 20-30 minutes. They were here in 15.
