Addiction is a disease, it is not a moral failing. Behaviors and other health conditions that coincide with a substance use disorder are induced by the nature of disease. Here at Safe & Sound Treatment in Costa Mesa of Orange County, we believe that sobriety is only just a part of the healing process.
Patients undergoing drug and alcohol detoxification at Safe & Sound Treatment may spend their time in both Costa Mesa at our Treatment Center and reside at our Huntington Beach Sober Living Homes. Here, we promise premier addiction treatment comparable to any of the best Orange County Rehab and Detox programs.
At Safe & Sound Treatment, clients work their way from drug addiction and dependence to a life of sobriety. This doesn't happen overnight, of course. That's why our programs are designed with different levels of care to guide you through your recovery journey properly. Every level of care is designed to meet the needs of each unique person through the stages of recovery.
The first step in treatment is called detox or detoxification. When a person's body has become physically dependent on drugs or alcohol, medical intervention becomes necessary. If proper medical care is not provided at the time of detoxification, withdrawal from certain substances like alcohol and benzodiazepines is extremely dangerous.
Inpatient treatment is when our team assesses an individual's core issues, identifying what underlying issues have contributed to their behavior, as well as what remaining support structures they need to succeed. At Safe and Sound Treatment, we look at the whole person, not just the addiction itself.

I've been to alot of treatment centers and honestly this place is by far the best one ... The staff, counselors, and therapist's are the amazing. I love the way they approach addiction and the underlying causes of it. They're very family oriented and it's a safe space to really dig down and work on yourself. I am so grateful I found this place and I would recommend it to my loved ones and people I care about ... Thank you safe and sound for helping me be the best version of myself. Safe and Sound, staff and owners are tops in the industry. I just completed my programming and the level of compassion of care for the clients is unmatched. “HELPING INDIVIDUALS THAT SUFFER FROM THE DISEASE OF ADDICTION IS THEIR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY”. Helping people is their business, unlike most treatment facilities in the industry (business first, client care second).

Safe and sound was the most amazing treatment center I have ever been in. After 11 years of active addiction and over a year in and out of treatment, the care and hospitality that I received from the staff is unrivaled. The sense of family and union that you get with the other clients is beyond any expectation I could have had from other experiences. The owners are the most down to earth program directors I have ever met. Every need I had was met and exceeded including help I didn’t realize I needed before. This place deals with a marketer/patient broker named Nate Ponziano. If you call him if will get you high so that you fail the ua and can be admitted to this place. He promises to pay you 3-5 grand for completing 30 days. He goes Mia when you complete and never pays you a dime. To be fair, I don’t know anything about safe and sounds program. I just know they do business with nate ponziano. Nate also used to send people to forward detox but they fired him. He prays on addicts.

This is a wonderful place if you want to and are serious about changing your life the problem today is that rehabs have a bad reputation this place is well aware of that and has a formula that rids it of the bad apples and will help you in any way they can if you want to change your life if you are serious about your recovery I strongly recommend you start here and become part of the family there is so much more I would love to say but I type so slow so I'll end with this I wish you the best of luck recovery is not easy but this place will show you the way like it has shown me

This place changed my life. I will forever be grateful for Safe and Sound. I have been to countless treatment facilities, and I will say with confidence that this is the best that i have been to. The clinical team is phenomenal, as well as the technical team. The location that the facility is in is beautiful. They truly are a great program if you want to get sober and live a happy, fulfilling life.

Safe and Sound treatment saved my life. Their incredible staff and program opened my eyes to a new way of life. In the midst of my substance abuse , I felt trapped with no way out . Safe and Sound gave me a second chance in living a beautiful life. Great groups , high-qualified staff , therapists, and an environment that is very welcoming .
