He has experience both as a prosecutor and as a defense lawyer, giving him the knowledge of criminal cases from both sides of the courtroom. Mr. Dustin Offinga is an associate attorney at Newman & Allen, LLP. Mr. Offinga earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from the University of La Verne before graduating from the University of La Verne College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree with an emphasis in Mediation and Dispute Resolution.

I hired Newman and Allen back in April for a DUI case and they helped me a bunch with finding a payment plan that worked well with me financially. They have done a great job at answering all my questions about my case. My case is still currently open but I appreciate that they have gone to every court date for me and they are keeping me up to date every time I call. BEWARE!!!! Keep looking for a new attorney!!! I find this 5 star rating hard to believe. JC Allen is the worst attorney I have ever experienced. From the receptionist and phone etiquette of the office, to the way our case was handled. JC Allen gave us false information which has now jeopardized our future!! This is an attorney who will try to stall the case to take it to trial so that you have to pay more money (so unless you already have a trial case...keep moving). She is far over priced and there are far better attorneys who are willing to put more time and effort into their cases who actually

So far so great! My experience thus far has been magnificent with Newman & Allen. I actually had the pleasure of speaking with Anna for all of my needs. She helped me very quickly and efficiently all while doing so in a polite manner. No one wants to deal with a legal matter ever, but the peace of mind given that this office will take care of me is what I needed. Geoff and JC are the beet in the business. I have personally referred many of clients to Newman and Allen when domestic violences complaint gets filed. All the clients happy that they did. Very often, criminal outcomes crosses over into civil and family law matters and I am very happy when Newman and Allen are involved.....give them a call when criminal matter arises you will not regret it. You never want to actually need a lawyer but if you do this is the place to go. They are friendly, prompt and understanding. We had an urgent matter for my son and it was so nice to be able to rely on a competent attorney that didn't try to oversell us anything. We were completely comfortable and kept informed from the beginning to the end. And they delivered exactly what they promised without coming back and asking for more money. We 100% recommend them!!!

JC Allen is the best thing to happen to me this year. Got a DUI back in February and looked around everywhere for a lawyer to help me with it and JC was the only one who wanted to meet face to face for a consultation which I liked a lot cause to me it shows she cares.
