We are open for dine-in and take out, 12:30 PM to 6:30 PM on Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday and 12:30 to 4:30 on Monday. We are closed on Tuesday & Wednesday. We are not taking reservations at this time, seating is on first come - first served basis. There may be a wait on occasion, especially between 5:30 and 6:30, please plan your dine in accordingly.

Not sure what the rave is about! No star if I could help it! Usually a 20-25% tipper and I regret giving even the $3 tip that I left (tip difference from their rip-off side of rice/beans). Their food is mediocre at best! They rely on tourism and location with their $$ pricing for terrible food. They were nice until we needed accommodations for my son's allergies. We went from Seattle to Los Angeles and this is the worse and least accommodating stop we made! We talked to them about my son's several allergies and they could careless about accommodating. We asked for a side of rice and a side of beans

I went to this restaurant initially for the calamari. The food was amazing. The clam chowder was creamy and super flavorful. Calamari was on point. I did read a lot of the reviews before I went there and the owner is right for replying the way that she did. For me the service was excellent and for such a small place they definitely know what they are doing. People really need to understand how to be patient especially during the new covid times. All in all I really like this place itโs a nice cozy restaurant that I would definitely frequent as often as I am out here. Thank you to the small business

Very disappointed in this establishment! I am a foster for orphan kittens. I am on a road trip with 4 (3 week old) babies and stopped for water to warm a bottle. I was taking care of the babies and sent my husband in for me. He was told he could not have hot water. Not in the cup we brang, and not in a to go cup. There was no offer to buy a cup for hot water or to buy a meal to get the hot water. We were just told no. Now we drive to the next town and get hot water somewhere else and the kittens wait. I think it is ridiculous to tell a community member they cannot have water. Hot or cold. I was

The food is fine, but tourist pricing and service.
SUPER passive aggressive warnings on the menu discourages customizing order, asks that you "order what you can eat", and refuses to let you pay wish cash and card (among other things). Clearly written by a manager/owner who wants to hustle tourists through as quickly as possible without incurring extra work or minor additional expenses.
This was backed up by the actual experience. We requested onions on our burger, but received a single piece of onion. It also just took forever to pay our bill, as they kept seating new customers instead of processing

No Deep fried Oysters or Prawns, 5.00 side of fries, a bit spendy for light eater, must be a huge amount for that price! No, I spy with my little eyes, a small portion of fries, just brought out with a $12.00 hamburger, served to a customer nearby, see photo in metal tin (maybe 1 cup of fries. Will await our meal arrival..Very small portions of a hash, forgot roll of my friend's, had ask for it as well as tartar sauce for my oysters 3 times...I had to get up and ask another for it while oysters got cold. 12.00 oysters pan fried with scoop of rice.

We visited the Sand Dollar in Rockaway Beach earlier this month, but didn't actually end up eating there. From the minute we walked in, the staff was almost confrontational, telling us that they wouldn't seat our party of six together. Okay, fine, we sat at two different tables. Then the waitperson said that since we were a party of six, they wouldn't split the bill for us. What?! Never heard of a restaurant that refused to split the bill. Our waitperson just kept telling us what she wouldn't or couldn't do. Just a very confrontational vibe to the place! See the menu (photo attached) for an example

We couldn’t believe how rude the people were here! When I arrived, the black haired hostess rudely told me that a group of 7 had to sit in 2 tables. I was fine with that, but it was how she said it that struck… me. She barked it at me like I was a child. I asked if we could sit outside and she said “yeah but if you get cold you can’t come back inside. I won’t be be switching tables.” She was so rude in her tone. Still, we decided to try it out and sat outside. Our group of 7 asked to have separate checks and we were told no separate checks for parties. Again

I contacted them for a large patio reservation. They said it wouldn’t be a problem, but to call during open hours. My sister and I both called separately EVERYDAY, (multiple times when “open”) but without a response until the next week. Then we were told that the time we ORIGINALLY requested was no longer available. Really?
