Dealing with death in your family is never easy. It's painful, trying, and often quite messy. My situation is no exception. There are people in the family trying to act nefariously, and so I felt I needed to seek legal advice.
I'd tried calling two different estate attorneys in NC (I am out of state). One was outright rude, replying, "Where did you get my number?" to a long, heartfelt message I sent him. The other firm was fine enough, but they wanted to charge me for a 5-minute phone call and didn't travel to the part of NC I needed them to.

I met with Wiley Westall to update my Will. He was really very nice and took his time going through all of the specific details. A week later I met with him again to finalize. I was very impressed with his work. We went over the entire Will and he took the time to go over and explain each and every paragraph. Something the last attorney who updated, didn’t bother to do. We also went over the Healthcare Power of Attorney and discussed at length each and every line. Again, never had that from others.
I just wish that I had found him a few years ago! I highly recommend Wiley. Great, compassionate

Wiley took on my complicated case when no less than 5 firms declined. His 360 degree view of my case truly helped me make sensible and feasible decisions quickly. Wiley kept me in the loop by frequently updating me as to pivots and roadblocks that presented themselves and found the most sensible pathway forward. If these events sound easy try doing all of that for a client that lives on Bainbridge Island, Washington! Three time zones and lots of miles between us didn't leave me feeling like I was living on the Moon. Wiley resolved all of our legal issues without the need for aggressive litigation

We recently had the pleasure of dealing with the Law Firm of Westall, Gray & Connolly, P.A. Although we were apprehensive about what this would entail, we were quickly put at ease by Atty. Gray. He was knowledgeable, clear about the entire process and made what could have been a very unpleasant experience very easy and relatively painless. We would recommend this practice to anyone needing legal advice and/or assistance.
