TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Cindy called me to schedule day/time of service. She never asked about the specific services needed or my dad's condition (red flag). I asked if she would like me to divulge those specifics, and after a yes, told her my dad had a stroke about 10 years ago and is paralyzed on his total right side. He needs help with lifting him in and out of his bed/wheelchair, personal hygiene, diaper changes, feeding, light physical therapy, and light household chores. She did explain that the company doesn't provide physical therapy, which I suspected and am fine with. An assigned caregiver
