Zero respect for family schedule or patient needs.
From calling to see whether my mother was ready to be discharged from nurse service before they had even sent a nurse over for care, to calling blindly on a Saturday without any prior coordination and the nurse inviting herself over. She then was upset "at my attitude" because I wasn't ready to show her in when she arrived at 430 Saturday afternoon after she said she'd be over after 2.
The staff at Horizon Valley seem to believe that everyone has nothing else to do except wait for them. They make no effort at coordinating a day or more beforehand

ABSOLUTELY NO SATRS, it just wouldn't let me post with out clicking on a star
I didn't have a great experience with this in home visits for my dad. It started off with being inconsistent with scheduling him. the first week was horrible it was a whole job for me to call and find out who was coming started Saturday through Wednesday and when being transferred to a "scheduler"", she would get all my info but she was unable to lock in a time or day we had to wait for the nurse to call and schedule. The he would be scheduled and no one would show up come to find out it was his nurses day off. It was

I have diabeties. After a recent injury became severly infected, I needed daily visits by a home nurse and help by physical therapy.i recieved the absolute best care. I've ever had! The nurses are caring, skilled professionals and the PT Department is excellent! It's often difficult these days to find such wonderful help, but Horizon does.Thankfully I found it with them!
