I used Midge Belcourt to file amended returns. She and her office are totally disorganized and unprofessional. I cannot state my disappointment in my experience with Midge strongly enough. I retained Midge in January of 2008 to help me file an amended return from two years previously. I paid her for the filing of my return in April of 2008, at which time she assured me everything was ready to go and I should not have any problems.
