Your annual cost is very likely to be much less than what it would cost for you to hire someone, plus SmartBooks will never call in sick, quit, or steal ---- these are the top issues small business owners go through with office managers and accountants. I am the controller for a software company in Cambridge. Been a controller for 20 years. I would not hesitate to use SmartBooks again in the future. My direct contact at SmartBooks, Kelly LaPrade, is the BEST - BY FAR - outside resource with whom I've had the experience of working. She and SmartBooks were incredibly responsive, thorough, detailed. I did not consider Kelly (and SmartBooks) as just an outside 3rd party resource. Kelly and SmartBooks were part of my TEAM. Great relationship that lasted over five years!

My biggest regret with Smartbooks is that I didn’t engage them sooner. We use multiple apps for the business and they have implemented a process with us that is tailored to our needs. We use several services in the Smartbooks chain, and they are all aces. Lori, Greg, Rebecca, Hollei, Tim, and especially Amanda who skillfully and efficiently resolves any issue. I feel lucky to have them and have no reservation recommending them. They are my essential workers!!
