Highly recommended. They did a great job and were very patient. I recommend being fully packed and ready for them to take your things in advance. I underestimated all the junk I had and thought my daughter precious teddy bear was misplaced. Luckily we found it! Thanks guys for all of your time and patience! THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!! LAZY MOVERS TOOK THEIR TIME, PLAYING ON THEIR PHONES AND SMOKING POT, THEN TOOK OFF WITH MY PROPERTY IN AN UNFINISHED LOAD AND NEVER EVEN TOLD US THEY LEFT THE JOB, INCOMPLETE.
AS FOR THE OFFICE, THEY WERE UNAVAILABLE AND WOULDN'T RESPOND AFTER REPEATED ATTEMPTS AT CONTACTING THEM. HOURS LATER THEY WERE DOWNRIGHT RUDE, UNHELPFUL, AND OFFENSIVE!

The team that moved me was very professional and did a really good job protecting most of my furniture. Unfortunately, two small pieces were damaged and I was not reimbursed for this at all, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience was a positive one.

I used The Movers for a complex move, including storage at their facility. Their storage is air conditioned, which is very much needed over the Florida summer! They did two double moves for me 6 months apart. The same team moved me each time and they were fantastic! Careful with my furnishings, quick, clean and knowledgeable. They communicated well before, during and after the move. I highly recommended The Movers!

These guys showed up ready to work. They were very respectful and professional. I would use them again without question. When we didn't have room left on the truck they originally sent, they sent a second truck with more movers. Awesome!!! After selling our home more quickly than we anticipated and our new home still under construction, we were in need of reliable, secure and climate controlled storage. The Movers Moving & Storage provided that at a great cost with a fantastic moving crew! The crew that moved our items out of our old home and into storage did a fantastic job and took great care to ensure everything was wrapped well and totally protected. I should have checked the reviews before hiring this company. I was promised 3 guys and 3 arrived on time... It went downhill from there. A "manager came and made several negative comments and I explained that I only wanted to do 2 truckloads with the boxed items and the furniture after he tried to tell me it had to be an "all day job. I made it clear this should not take all day and I had elsewhere to be prior to that. He proceeded to take several minutes "talking to the guys" and then took one if the 3 without so much as a word to me. So the remaining 2 were nicce, but

Horrible horrible company. Lazy movers. They charged me over $1200 for a move to a storage unit and a few items to an apartment. I got another company who charged me $300 from my storage unit and apartment to my new home. They lost my ladder, promised me to return it, called them repeatedly for 4 months, nothing. I would never do business with these people again. I give them ZERO stars.

Beware of quotes, your move will be doubled if not triple. Moving company had no idea what the needed to get the job done. Took two trips for 10 small items and ?900.00 later after a quote of 360.00. Very unprofessional and not knowledgeable about simple moving techniques. 3 large men Could not figure out how to get a couch out. I went the next morning and had it lifted over the balcony in less than 30 seconds.....they charged me another 275,00 to pick it up from out front and deliver 8 miles to my garage. TOTAL Disaster! Don't do it!

If I could give this company no stars, I would. They estimated the move of my grandmothers home to $7000 and then charged them an additional $1500. That is ABSURD. They assured my grandparents that their belongings would be stored in a climate controlled environment, half of their things were not. They damaged numerous items, stacked large boxes on smaller boxes, did NOT handle their things with care in the slightest, and the customer service was disgusting. And they don't take credit cards. ~RED FLAG~. Do NOT use this company. And if you're 60+, BEWARE. They WILL try to take advantage

BUYER BEWARE ......I had used The Movers based upon a referral which in my business is extremely huge. I'm sorry to say they were a huge let-down!! First off, they were 45 minutes late (which I had a strict time schedule to adhere to) and they do not tell you that by their hourly rate of $120 per hour and $120 truck charge, that includes multiple smoke breaks and a lunch. The movers that I had milked the clock extremely well and smelt of weed and cigarettes (Which I don't appreciate them being around my stuff due to health issues)!! Please do not employ this company! Cal the manager is belligerent and extremely rude, refusing to help me. Due to improper assemblage, the metal slats under my king size bed, became damaged causing the mattress and box spring to collapse. When I called for assistance, Cal refused to come out and make an assessment to reach a resolution stating they are too busy and I'm an hour's drive away. I'm a widowed senior without a bed to sleep in. All I want is my bed fixed. I need HELP! Please beware of trusting this company!

The movers arrived on time and the office personnel was very helpful but the movers took the same amount of time to move several pieces of furniture as it would have been to move my entire apartment because they wanted to wrap everything which would have been great if my furniture had arrived undamaged. But it didn't so at the end it was a waste of time.

You can't make everyone happy. My family had a horrific experience. The move itself was estimated at 3-4 hours but took 7hrs. One of the movers was new and inexperienced. It's seems the customer had to pay for his OTJ training. Also, one of movers asked to use the bathroom which was fine until 15mins past and he came out asking for something to mop the floor with...disgusting (not to mentioned we were paying by the minute. The move itself resulted in damages to various walls and corners along with a dresser. I called no less than a half a dozen times (Ann) and keep receiving empty
