Lightning Move exceeded our expectations! Our movers DJ, Tom and Brenden were so friendly and quick. They helped with everything we needed and moved a lot of our clunky wide furniture with ease and care I didn’t have to worry once about my stuff getting damaged or scratched (and we were moving out of a very tight space). The guys were all really kind and helped us pack things when we ran out of boxes! We loved this place and the price was shockingly affordable for how much work was done! We will most certainly use Lightning again!

The one driver seemed angry all the time, cursing and complaining. was moving so fast he was knocking things in the doorway, dropping things. Worst part of all at the new home, the same driver broke my bathroom… door and broke the side of my toilet. I was told by the office that Connor the manager would call me that day, but he never did. It was $200 over the quoted price, but I have to say there was more involved then what they had quoted. I was told by the office to send an email to claims, which I did. I haven't gotten a confirmation email and I'm still waiting for that call from Connor

These people are not honest or responsible, my move was quoted at $1000 and the final tab was $2800 over 2.5 times the quoted rate. They do not come look at what they are moving so they are very unprepared when the moving time comes. They came to my house with a rented U-Haul truck and when it was full they said they would have to return with… another truck and charged me for another U-Haul and storage. Then when they were scheduled to deliver they had another job scheduled that overwhelmed them so by the time they arrived at my house it was late and they charged me for extra guys they called

We were very happy with Lightning Moving. The three gentlemen who moved us were professional, friendly, careful and also fast. All our large furniture was very carefully wrapped and arrived with no scratches. None of our small items were damaged either. In addition, all three movers were pleasant to be around and seemed like they really enjoyed their job. Thank you so much for making our move as low stress as possible!
