Received an invoice 18 months after a quote for one of their clients.
Spoke with Alexis who said they would take care of this. Called back the next day and they said she was not allowed to talk to me regarding the matter.
It’s crazy that an accounting company can have their clients sending out only an emailed invoice that went to spam after 18months and then refer to collection when they didn’t hear back.
Very unprofessional. Beware.
