We cannot recommend Rachel highly enough! She was so helpful and super responsive to all of our questions and requests, and it was obvious that she is incredibly knowledgeable. She gave us excellent advice on pricing and value, told us how much we should expect to pay for various repairs or renovations we might consider, was able to speak to the quality of the mechanicals (water heater/HVAC/septic/etc) and how long before we would have to make various replacements / what the service schedule would be, and pretty much anything else we could think of. And as first-time homebuyers, we especially appreciated

I would highly recommend Rachel. She has an in-depth understanding of what it takes to sell a home, especially unusual properties such as modern style homes, and her referrals for property needs during the sale process are top-notch professionals.
