Karen was my property manager for a single-family home for this past year while I have been out of state during COVID; she was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire landlord/tenant/leasing/property management life cycle and has an extended network of contractors that she could have tapped to address any issues that came up; fortunately no issues came up but the very reasonable and small fee she charged me was worth every dollar for peace of mind while i was thousands of miles away. We had an extremely tight frame in which to rent out our Greenwich home before we relocated to Europe, and Karen moved at the speed of light.
