Timberland Real Estate is positioned in the middle of southern timber country. We are located in Magnolia, Arkansas which is the county seat of Columbia County. Magnolia is the home of Southern Arkansas University, which continues to expand at an impressive rate. We are also host to the World Championship Steak Cook-off which is held during May of each year.

Russell Holly was the broker that I worked with on selling three different properties located north of Waldo Arkansas. The land was small acreage with some light timber. Russell was able to sell this property to investors that were looking for home sites. He guided me through the process from pricing to negotiating very fair prices for me and the investor. In addition, the closings were done with professional firms in an efficient and professional manner.

My wife and I moved back to south Arkansas and were extremely gratful and pleased while working with Russel. We moved from out of state and only had 2 days to look at homes. He was great to communicate with before our trip, and had tons of homes lined up, with the specs we had asked for, for us to visit.
