At Neill Timberland Management, Inc., we have a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser who has worked since 1994 to assist you with an accredited valuation of your property. Jeff Neill is the principal broker of Southern Oaks Realty, LLC, with over 26 years of experience in timberland marketability and sales.
One of the principal services we provide to our clients is advice on the timing and method of marketing products from their timberlands. After analyzing the products on your property, our staff will advise each client based on their goals for their property and their income requirements. We work with both large and small ownerships, and have sold products on over 150,000 acres during our 26 years in business.
At Neill Timberland Management, Inc. & Southern Oaks Realty, LLC, our professionals will assist every client with designing and implementing a timberland management plan that will accomplish their individual goals and objectives.
