The Litigation Team was successful in 2012 in many commercial and pro bono cases. Commercial Wachs v. Pitkin County Bd. of County Comm'rs, 2012 WL 5288039, court of appeals case no. 11 CA 0078 Colo. App. 2012, The Court of Appeals affirms the trial court's permanent injunction enjoining the construction of the controversial Castle Creek.

Chris specializes in real estate law with an emphasis in residential and commercial real estate sales and acquisitions, development, leasing and financing. Chris' real estate experience covers all types of properties, including several of the highest priced residential sales ever recorded in Aspen, and other types of residential, commercial and ranch properties.
David has practiced law in Colorado for over 20 years and has been in the Roaring Fork Valley since 1998. He began his career as a litigator in Denver representing insurance companies, employers, and individuals in personal injury and employment matters. He began representing the Town of New Castle in 1998 and continues to serve as Town Attorney there in addition to serving as Town Attorney for De Beque and City Attorney for Delta.
