We scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a diagnostic test (1-hr service) on our Turbo Audi which they specialize in. Our appointment was on a Monday and it wasn't until Wednesday that they even looked at the car and it was only because we kept calling everyday to check on the status of it. We asked them to check our EPC light and our check engine light since they give you an hour to find out the problem, if not you have to pay more to have it further diagnosed. In the hour, they checked everything but the two lights that we inquired on, including our windshield wipers..... When we inquired

In may of 2021 we took in a Mercedes CLA 45 AMG to have a battery replaced. I had purchased the battery from them less then a year ago. While they were replacing the battery I asked if they could tune my car, they said there would be no problem with doing that. They had my car for about 5 months, they were not able to do the tune. It got to the point where they were not able to get my car to start and they had no idea what was wrong with it. They had the audacity to still bill me for the tune that was never completed. I paid the money and towed my car to Mercedes. A licensed Mercedes mechanic diagnosed

I had a check engine light I wanted diagnosed and fixed. I Waited a month to get my car in and dropped it off Thursday for my 8am “appointment”. They stated it it could take a day or two depending on the issue. Fine, whatever, I just wanted an experienced mechanic to fix it. I called midday on Friday and they hadn’t even started on it yet and sounded inconvenienced when I said I need my car back. I got the usual “well it could be so many different issues blah blah blah”. Just moved in from Orlando and needed to get my car emissions done. It failed because of my software tune. DMV recommended Alex's Autohaus for my M4 (44K miles). Chris and Ashley helped me out and both were fantastic. The friendly and patient attitude by both and others I experienced at the garage were fantastic. We ran into a problem with my car though. I had the VF Engineering Stage 1 & TCU tune done back in 2016. Needless to say the firmware was old. I did not have the patch cables handy and did not have my original stock flash files as they were not given to me by Supreme Power in Los Angeles

I would definitely give a big shout to Chris and his team . I have been nothing but fully satisfied . I love the tunes that are on my ride and I love the intake as well .
