Kyle (the owner) is the best. I got a flat tire the day before thanksgiving in a snow storm & he was able to fix it just before he closed for the holiday weekend. It's hard to find a genuine trust worthy mechanic, & my family has been trusting Kyle for years for the small stuff like this, to the big stuff that we all dread. They are fast, dependable, honest, & most importantly very fair. I would absolutely recommend Be Auto Smart to all my friends & family in a heart beat!

I quickly want to preface this with the fact that I did 4 stars ONLY because I don't know the tires and they haven't been on my truck long enough to rate them. It seems unfair to judge them based on that, but it makes it hard to rate 5 stars. Customer service, these guys get 5 stars all the way, from beginning to end. Super helpful finding time to get me in, patient with choosing which tires/price, and great even when giving my keys back. I'll definitely suggest them to any fam/friends looking for work on their vehicles.

Had a Groupon for an A/C refresh. Brought the car there, after looking at it for about 45 minutes, the owner guy came and told me that I need to replace the fan of the car. Instead of $69 groupon, he gave me a list of $430. Wow... Glad I didn't get anything done and cancelled the Groupon. Turns out reading all these other reviews, this place seems to be doing this shady work to a lot of people. Wish I read the reviews before going. Glad Groupon stood behind me.

My niece got a groupon for an alignment from these guys.. they told her she needed new inner and outer tie rods.. and it would be $700.. well guess what. I bought and put in tie rods on already back in Sept/ Oct. So WHY DO I NEED NEW ONES???? Way to try and take advantage of a teenage girl who may not know much about cars.. but isn't dumb enough to fall for mechanics crap. I do not recommend.

My car had been in several different mechanic shops for a month and a half and no one could help me. I brought my car to Be Auto Smart and they had my car fixed in a few days. They even called me on New Year's Day when they were closed to let me know it was their priority. They made my car a priority so I could leave to get back to college and finished a day early. When I walked in they greeted me by name and made me feel very welcomed. One guy even called and yelled at some mechanics at Tunex that screwed me over and did his best to help me out. Very positive experience.

I bought a Group_On for this place a few months ago, preparing for my February emissions. Although they changed the law in Utah about having to get safety, the price was good enough not to try to return. The parking here isn't fantastic, but the service was. I tried to make an appointment and they said no. But when I got there, I had to wait, because they were "swamped." But it didn't end up being to long. And they still checked the condition of the vehicle, so I still got my safety part covered. Which was good. I found out what the smell coming from my engine was. Nothing too

This place ripped us off $2000 00 for repairs and our truck. Now our truck runs worse than it did before we took it there, which really shocked me because I had other work done on two of my other cars and they did great work. I'm so disappointed. I believe they did this because we got pre approved for a loan before they fixed the truck. We took it back in to tell them it's not fixed and they refused to fix it.

Total shady mechanic!! Took my truck in to find out why my driver door vibrated and leaked air. They said they could only GUESS it was the weather stripping and wanted to charge me $200. Then they told me my battery was shot and wanted another $200 to replace it and kept asking me if I wanted the work done. I knew my battery was only three years old and wasn't acting up at all. They charged me $50 to tell me this, when every Auto place checks your battery for free. Took it to NAPA and guess what? The battery was just fine.
