Dr. English has been practicing dentistry in Huntsville for over 25 years. After completing his undergraduate work at Southwest Texas State University, he went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston. In 1995 Dr. English formed Family Dentistry of Huntsville, and in 2013 opened a brand new state-of-the-art office.

Over the past year, my family and I have had the best experience at Family Dentistry of Huntsville. From the time you call to schedule an appointment, walk in the doors, and exit the office you are provided with impeccable customer service. The environment is wholesome, relaxing, and calm. I asked multiple times how much it was going to cost as they said they would accepted my insurance. Asked if there’s any way of getting a definitive answers on it and they assured me there was nothing to worry about and gave me my cost since they could “look it up”. All was fine until my insurance came back and denied the claim saying they should of sent a form over with the estimated cost BEFORE doing anything and that dentist offices are well aware of how that process works and that it just takes an extra day or so for them to get back with what they’ll cover. I have been going to Family Dentistry of Huntsville since 1989. Dr. Crawford was my original dentist until he retired. I loved him. Dr. English and Dr. Koranek are wonderful. I love my hygienist too! The place is clean and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. They are so good that I drive over an hour to get to the office.

I have been a patient of Family Dentistry of Huntsville for 14 years and have only had the Best of Care, Wonderful Doctors who do not want to cause you any unnecessary pain. Wonderful, Wonderful work!!! Very Kind Receptionist. Have always fit me into their schedule for an emergency. I can't say enough good things about them.

I absolutely love this office, the staff and Dr English. Their all so helpful, personal and have awesome attitudes. Dr English is very pleasant and his work is totally awesome. The dentist is good, however the office staff is horrid. They lie to your face and are quite rude when you confront them about it.
I was told when my insurance changed, that they were in network. Apparently that was a lie. I received a notice in the mail about a bill that had gone unpaid and was about to be turned into the DA (I have yet to… receive a bill to stating what I owed and what for) over $240.00. Apparently my insurance company paid less than what was billed to them.
When I asked why the office did not call me in regards to payment, she responded, "I am not a secretary". Funny

NOT COLLEGE STUDENT FRIENDLY! All I needed was to schedule an appointment. I explained to the receptionist that I had never scheduled a medical appointment before. Instead of politely explaining her questions and being patient she was rude and very impolite. Having a nasty attitude will not bring you business. I understand why I never see cars at that dental place. Do not go here. There are way too many dental places in Huntsville to have to deal with awful service and attitudes.
