Dr. Bowman please refresh your self on occlusion and bite alignment. My new dentist says its extremely boring but very important.

I woke up today for the 1st time in over 2 months pain free!
The dental issues from September and inexperienced dentist have been the culprit.
I finally went to a new dentist yesterday and the alignment of my bite after the new crown and fillings not only caused mouth pain and sensitivity but also since those muscles were overworked and inflamed it caused a dominio effect on my left side, headaches, neck and shoulder pain.

I have been coming to Willis family dental for few years. But today that I went for my cleaning I got a little disappointed that they had different dentist. But what a surprise I got that the one they had what much better than the other. They x ray all my mouth to make sure I got no new cavities. And explained everything in a professional way. Then Tina, the new cleaning specialist did an amazing job!! I had a great experience!!

I went in to get my fillings done and the doctor agreed to complete both sides in one sitting instead of having to make a second appointment. While I was waiting for the lidocaine to numb my mouth an anxiety attack hit me. It slowly turned into a full panic attack the more I fought it. Dr. Bowman and Brianna were absolutely amazing. They were very calming and patient while I waited for it to pass. They were so helpful and just talked to me while I calmed down. After feeling completely embarrassed about my unexpected attack they continued as if nothing happened which helped alleviate my shame. Dr

Willis family dental has been taking care of us for a few years now! They are very easy to work with. The staff is professional and attentive. I took my son for a teeth cleaning yesterday. There was a small wait. When we checked out, the receptionist gifted me a Starbucks gift card for the “inconvenience” which really wasn’t inconvenient at all! Dr. Joshi is INCREDIBLE!! He’s a very patient, kind, and caring person. He’s really good about explaining exactly what he’s about to do and good about breaking things down for you. I really appreciate that. He’s also good about giving me plenty of time to ask any questions that I have. His team is great too! They’re all very friendly and helpful! We did not expect a reaction from the clinic to our review, but Dr. Waleed personally called my husband and explained a valid reason why my husband was turned away, having to do with audits he has to go through in the dental profession. He promised to make this right and my husband has an appt. next week for a cleaning.

I'll never come back here. They tried to tell me their computers were down and that we'd have to reschedule. I was even at the appointment 20 min early. I said I would wait. Then she comes back 5 minutes later and says we're good to go. Then they try to rush my 8 yr old out and not complete his cleaning. I had to tell the nurse aren't you supposed to floss his teeth. She said oh yeah well do that. The dentist is very impersonal. In and out within 3 minutes. Didn't explain anything! This place is a joke...
