Mike was the name of my driver and he arrived at my residence about 15 mins later than the time he told me he would be there. Along with that news he let me know that he called my mechanic and told him that we were going to arrive later than my timeframe that I told my mechanic. I had found these guys through yelp and sent their info to my sister who used them to tow her car to Tacoma. She said they were quick and took great care of her. So I used them yesterday (4/25/18) and sure enough they blew me away. These people were awesome. Super quick. They arrived at my residence in Federal Way on time (3pm as requested) and towed my truck to my mechanic's shop in Tacoma before they closed at 5pm. I'm pleased with the service of efficiency they provided and will definitely use them again.

I found this business on Yelp. The guy who came to my place just to give me a jumpstart today was the kindest most compassionate guy, he really wanted to help and stayed until he got it despite challenges in cramped conditions. Arrived within 30 minutes as promised and a reasonable rate.Also the first couple businesses, one right next to this one, didn't want to waste their time on a small job. These guys get Five stars!

I needed to tow my BMW because it wasn't going to make it to my mechanic. Mike provided me an estimate and a estimated time they would meet me at my location, they arrived on time (25-30minutes). Affordable, friendly, and quick! I'm extremely happy with the service, since most tow truck companies charge a lot for towing. Will likely use Enfinity again!

I own a pest control company and quite a few service trucks. I have used these guys a few times when a truck has had issues and they have been great. The price and response time have been really good. Mike really went the extra mile when one of my trucks was involved in an accident and he was giving me advise on how to keep the towing and car storage bill cheap!!! Much appreciated!! I've had a positive enough experience that I have there number saved in my phone and they are the company I'm going to use a recommend.
