This place towed a friend of mine vehicle to their yard when she was able to go get it.We went to go get it and these guys had us just sitting there for an hour and a half to get ready to tell you okay come meet us at the door and then they take off to go do another job back and forth back and forth.It was unbelievable! I had to go ask them can you please give us the car we have the money we've been sitting here.We shouldn't have to go through that, especially since you're going to charge us $400 anyway They should be charged for each minute they make you wait.

Called to business number listed.Greg responded via text asking how he could help. Someone was parked in my spot they said only manager is in but didn’t say they wouldn’t help. I called at 1 as the car is still in my spot saying they shut down at 1 and won’t be back at it till 9 obviously the 24 hours on the website and what they told my complex isn’t true , got this spot due to ADA so I can’t Even park or get in my home safely. Another two company on the way

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a business. They were horribly unprofessional, aggressive, and rude. The driver wouldn't accept my payment to drop my car when I came out and he was towing me. He wrote down all of my card info and when I walked inside for just a second he drove off with my car. When I called him he said my card was declined (not true). When I came to the impound lot to pick up my car he told me I had to pay cash only because my card was previously declined. When I told him it was a different card he got angry and said NOPE! COME BACK TOMORROW! I offered to go get

Unprofessional at its finest. Mind you this never happens to me , this is the first and the last that I will call this company. I got a unauthorized vehicle parked at my spot last night , I called them at 1am to see if they can send someone over to come tow this vehicle , and they said will send someone over in an hour. An hour pass , no one show and no call back . Called them again and they said some lame excuse about a fence not working or something. I called again the morning of at 8 , unauthorized car still there I called them again and for them to hang up on me . DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THE

I have not seen this kind of behavior in a company, they don't come on time, plus, they hang up the phone on us while we are talking to them, and they ask exaggerated price, the name payless is a lie, they said they only take cash but they don't have a change, and if you pay by card you pay extra, and when I ask the employee if he was the person I was talking to, he said maybe, so rude, you know I am the kind of person who don't do or leave bad review, but this is very very much necessary!

I mistakenly visited Payless towing while attempting to locate another towing company. After being stuck in rush hour traffic for what seemed like forever I arrived there at closing time just to find out that I was given the wrong information regarding the towing company. The gentleman who was locking up to go home ended up giving me detailed directions and the number for the correct tow yard. That was a huge help and much appreciated. I have to mention that the tow company I was looking for was probably the competition and he still gave me assistance. I'd recommend them for customer service and

Keep in mind anytime your going to get your car from being towed for one reason or another, it's never going to be fun, your going to owe money, it's not going to be the best day of your life. All things considered it was pretty painless experience. My truck got stolen & the police had Payless tow it. The office people were at lunch so we did the transaction with a tow truck driver & he was nice & professional.

Payless is the towing company for my apartment complex, and boy, are they a piece of work. Circling the parking lot at night and picking up cars that haven't been called on doesn't bother me. Charging exorbitantly sucks, but that's pretty much what tow companies do. Nothing out of the way there. And if you're illegally parked, hey - that's on you.

To be honest I'm really not a fan. They towed my boyfriends truck from my apartment complex while a valid guest pass was good for 24 hours, without warning. I showed up at 11:30 to their office to bail out the truck, they weren't there I called and was hung up on by one gentleman and called back, after them telling me we'd wait 5 minutes for help it was actually 20-30. I'm not mad about waiting just the dishonesty and the rudeness.

0 stars if I could choose. Called to get my car out of the impound. Got here and the person was on "post office run". Called to ask how long the wait time was and driver Mike exclaimed I was harassing him. Said he was going to take an extra hour of lunch just because I called. Worst customer service, the kind that questions if they do things legally here. If he charged me an extra hour of holding time, I would've sued. Nothing more but inconvenience and headaches here.

The worst experience of my life with these people , I don't id we stand how they call themselves a business. A bunch of crooks. Wouldn't let me retrieve the ownership paperwork from my vehicle so they wouldn't give it back to me and they auctioned the vehicle. The most delightful man came to tow my car (my baby) after an accident. Treated it with care and managed to help calm me down with heartfelt empathy. These guys are good at what they do. They delt with the insurance people and managed to keep the drama down. They are professional and I think that the negative reviews I have read are a bit overstated. If you park illegally in a signed area, your fault if you get towed. It is standard $500 to release an impounded vehicle in Seattle, where I used to manage an apartment building with limited parking spaces. We had violaters all the time. Sorry but

When I called they told be the drive would be at my place within 30min but instead the drive called about 30min later and said he was 15min out. Communication discontent where.
When the drive showed up he was very nice and easy to talk to. He was very professional. Got my vehicle towed to were I needed it without a problem. From federal way to downtown puyallup it costed $168.00

I Used Them To Tow My Car Half A Mile,Was Quoted One Price Over The Phone And Vehicle was Held Hostage Until I Paid Double..Unprofessional And Untrustworthy.. The customer service aspect is terrible. The drivers are very nice! And very sweet! But the lady that sits behind the window helping people is extremely rude. Seems as though she had an attitude all of the time. She should be happy that she's in doors and not out towing cars because she acts like she does both. She makes the company look bad. Good thing for the nice drivers.

Quick service! These guys are the go-to company for towing services here at my apartment complex. After an unknown vehicle parked in my rented parking space for several hours, this company helped me (I never saw who owned that car and I think I was very generous for not doing anything about it for that long already). I finally had no choice but to have the vehicle moved out of there before my hubby came home from work (it was already past 10pm). Thanks guys for the quick and friendly service!!!
