Services
Everyone is a contributor to creating and maintaining a great work environment. We work hard to ensure our caregivers and staff members feel empowered to deliver the best possible service and experience a rewarding career. Our Commitment to a healthy work environment is achieved by ensuring our caregivers and staff members work in a safe environment, receive the support needed and are rewarded for delivering quality service.
Our caregivers enjoy organizing individualized-activities that are physically and mentally stimulating. These activities include visits to local parks, museums, social gathering or starting new hobbies, such as scrapbooking, crafts and gardening that will keep our elders engaged and stimulated. Seek assistance from facility members, nurses or patient care assistant (PCA) when needed.
We do provide services for individuals in assisted living facilities, rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, private homes or even while you're on vacation. 24 hour service is for individuals that require around the clock supervision. It is an hourly service and requires two or more caregivers per day to ensure caregivers are alert and awake at all times.
The aides that were assigned to us were kind, respectful with a strong understanding not only of my husband's physical needs but his emotional and psychological needs as well. I do not live near my parents and it's comforting to me to know there is a caring, professional and responsible company that we can depend upon.
