Veritas is a local, family-owned and managed home health and private duty agency established in Boynton Beach, Florida in 2009. We are guided by only one principle - treat our patients like we treat our own parents and grandparents - with love, respect, compassion, and dignity. Our mission is to care for the elderly in the comfort of their own homes, as an alternative living in a nursing home or an assisted living facility.

Services
Patients discharged from a hospital or a rehabilitation center would generally require follow-up care at home. The kind of follow-up care ordered by the physician will depend largely on the reason for the patient's hospital and/or rehabilitation confinement. For example, a patient recovering from a heart surgery may require skilled nursing care for the surgical would.
If your parent has a condition that requires skilled nursing care beyond what Medicare covers, Veritas' private duty nursing service can help. Veritas has Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) that can provide a broad range of skilled nursing services at home. High Tech IV Therapy - Infusion or IV administration of medication and nutrition directly into the veins.
VERITAS has trained and experienced Caregivers that will provide non-medical services to the elderly. Our Caregivers help the elderly who suffer from a variety of conditions that prevent them from performing their activities of daily living by themselves. In most cases, the presence of VERITAS Caregivers is what makes it possible for the elderly to stay at their own homes instead of moving to a nursing home or assisted living facility.

Veritas was recommended by a nation source. We have been clients of Veritas for 2 1/2 years. I know how important it is to locate a company that will take care of your loved one and include the family. My case manager is Maria. How does one describe a women who has a heart filled with goodness. Aides are hand selected for your case. We have had the same aide for the past 2 1/2 years that is very important for the client. Home therapies are outstanding. Supervisiors visit the home to be sure your needs are being addressed. Their phones are always open and answered with prompt follow up. It is difficult

Crooks! Unsafe! My dad has fallen multiple times due to employing small women to assist a 6’2” man! Hes had gangrene and his wounds remain unchanged! He has dementia but due to employing CNAs only he has to administer his own insulin!
