Ed was not only very thorough, he was very knowledgeable and happily answered all of my questions. As a first time home buyer, there is a lot that I don't know about home ownership, and because of his expertise I was able to make an educated decision that the house I'd made an offer on was probably not the home for me without the seller performing some significant electrical, plumbing, structural, and roofing updates. I will definitely be using Ed for any home inspections I need in the future!
