I'm in the process of buying my first home. I found Robert's business and scheduled an appointment through the website. I was extremely impressed with how quickly I was able to schedule an inspection as well as the responsiveness of Robert making contact with me to let me know how the inspection process works. He was completely thorough and patient with all of my questions and took the time to explain things to me when the inspection was complete. He was very professional. He arrived early before us and got started right away. Asked if we had any questions about his procedures. Asked if we would like to know what he found as he went along or all at the end. We were new to the area and not sure how everything worked according to Wisconsin rules. He explained everything and answered our questions even providing examples to help our decision making process. Would totally recommend and definitely would use again in the future.

The inspector helped us find that a “3” bedrooms wasn’t a legal bedroom. Very professional the only reason not five stars is the report after didn’t have a lot of detail about found problems. The problems were seen but to the average Joe it’s hard to find the right wording for amendments. Great service will use again if needed.

He did a great job. Very professional and was very thorough with his inspection of the house that we are purchasing. He gave us a very detailed report of the house and even included pictures of potential issues. Both our realtor and lender were impressed with the report. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone I know who is purchasing a new home.

The inspection process was great, went very smooth, showed up early to the inspection to ensure he had time to do everything and not be rushed. Asked if we had any concerns and Listened to them once explained. Pointed out a few areas that we weren’t aware of needing attention. As we currently rent the home we knew of the few flaws and quirks that it had but the report from him came in the same day explaining in detail everything that was found. Since we were home when the inspection took place he brought us out to show where a gas leak was occurring. He also explained most of his findings to
