Super horrible not professional at all…. He was very rude I asked him for a price and when he told me how expensive he was I asked if he could negotiate he said no and hung up in my face…I called him back and told him I can pay for it then he raised the price on me and when I said I would pay for it… he talked to me like he was some type of thug and threatened me with his “homeboys” …. I wish I could give this business zero stars and two thumbs down

Was told at 11:45am I would have service in ABOUT an hour. FOUR hours later I talked to the tech AGAIN! Who had told me two and a half hours earlier he was hung up on a job. No courtesy call! Then when I called over four hours after first contact the tech could not or would not give me a time to expect him and in the background I heard what I thought to be a family and I asked him if he was home having dinner and he said no I'm on a family call. WHAT! He passed up on a $285 ten minute job and F----d me off. I read several reviews before calling this service. My guess is the reviews were from friends

Technician damaged my doors after using air compressor. Wrote a report with dispatch and he told me a supervisor will call me in the morning. When I didn’t receive a call I called them asking for a supervisor and they said they did not have anything on the incident and that the supervisor is not available or it’s impossible to talk to them. May need to get police involved and report to California Bureau of Security and investigation Service.
