The question of dustless sanding comes up on almost every job, and it makes sense why. The difference between a company that takes the steps to do this properly and one that doesn't is huge. Having substantial dust after a project not only takes hours to clean but is also unhealthy to you and your family, and it also takes away from the initial enjoyment of the project.
The finish is guaranteed for 3 years against peeling or wear through under normal household conditions, or the floor will be recoated for free. The guarantee will be voided if provided cleaning procedures are not followed. Scratches and Scuff marks are not covered. FlooredAtHome guarantees that there will be no defects due to workmanship for 3 years from the date the installation was completed.

We used floored at home to replace our kitchen and downstairs bathroom floors. They started around 8am and were done by 1pm, so not much disruption to my work day.
The finished result is beautiful and we are planning on using their services again in a couple months.
The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they only take a check. This fact wasn't relayed to me until the work was just about done. Noone really carries checks anymore and we had to scramble to find one. If they took credit card or venmo or any other easier method of payment, they would be so nice. Or at least

I would definitely recommend FlooredAtHome! They were able to come out and measure very quickly and were very thorough with the different options. They gave me a date of two weeks out, post estimate, but then last minute they were able to squeeze me in much much sooner! The guys showed up very punctual and in masks. Paul followed up with me and kept me in the loop constantly. End result? My floors look amazing! I found them through google reviews, which is why I’m here vouching for those 5 stars. I hired Floored At Home to install an engineered hardwood floor in our basement that we were finishing. From the start of the process right through the end of it they were extremely great to work with and extremely flexible.
Because of subcontractors, my GC had to shift around the schedule of when the flooring could be installed and the Floored At Home team adjusted for that schedule each time.
When it came time for the floor to get installed, the installers were great, they were friendly, answered all the questions I had and did a fantastic job installing the floor.
Overall I will be calling

Paul and his crew were knowledgeable, informative and professional.
They were prompt for all scheduled appointments. They moved my furniture carefully and replaced it after the work was complete. They sanded and refinished my oak floors and cleaned up afterward. My floors look great!

The crew at floored at home refinished the pinewood floors on our upper level(3 bdrms) and stairs. The team came in and got down to business! They finished the job in 3 days because we asked for an extra coating and the price for the completed work was very reasonable. No funny games, 100% professional service. We'll be using them again.
