We recently had a bedroom and staircase carpeted with Luke from Carpets 46. We met Luke by appointment and who took the time and effort to work with us to find something nice and within our price range. Carpets 46 did an amazing job replacing our very old carpet and padding! It goes without saying that the carpet turned out fantastic, but what we will remember the most is how exceptionally Luke and his staff treated us. Luke was honest, thoughtful, patient, professional and just a pleasure to work with. His cousins who installed the carpet were extremely respectful of our property, working very hard and quickly. They cleaned up after finishing, and neatly put our our old carpet on the curb for next day garbage pick up. We will never ever consider anyone else for any carpeting or floor jobs! They

We were in need of a low pile carpet for a bedroom, so it would be easier for a walker to travel over. Originally we had planned on having a representative from Empire Today come by to give an estimate, but we decided to try Carpets 46 instead, since it is a local, family-owned business with great reviews. I called to ask questions and Luke was very friendly as he answered all my questions regarding the process of getting started. He also asked questions, which showed how engaged and interested he was even though our project was small.

We used Carpet 46 to install 2 bedroom wall to wall carpet and a stair runner. The owner of the shop is extremely knowledge about carpets and we felt very informed about our choices. The quality of carpets were top notch and installation was perfect.

Such a great experience, from start to finish! Luke (the owner) made this one of the easiest, most stress free home upgrades we've made. The entire timeline to replace our stair runner and install carpet into our nursery took about a week and a half. I was in the market for a new carpet for my master bedroom and you can not beat carpets 46 pricing. I visited the store on a Friday and was told that I could have this carpet installed by next Thursday. Luke kept his promise and had it installed on Thursday. His crew showed up and abided with the COVID Standard and had masks on the entire time and were a pleasure to deal with. One crew member was so nice he went out of his way to ask my boyfriend if he needed a hand with getting our mattress upstairs. You don't find people like this everyday

Suuuuper happy from A-Z with Luke and the team. We came to the shop and Luke listened to our needs and got straight to the point with his recommendation. We kicked the tires at other places to educate ourselves but Luke was spot on in terms of what we wanted, the timeline and process, and pricing. Total pro and no BS. The crew came today and they're extremely clean, polite and courteous. Most of all they did a great job. A little bit of the right carpet totally changed the vibe, look and feel for us. Totally recommend.

Worked with Luke and he made the task of carpeting our condo's common area very simple and affordable. Installers were professional and efficient. Despite a small blip with shipping from the manufacturer, Luke was able to fix the error with expedited shipping at his expense with a very fast turnaround.
