This is basically an answering service. If you like gambling this is the one for you. The first 2 times they were fine. The 3rd time a disaster. They refused to send a different "technician" out to correct the original one's error. Could it be because all they care about is their cut? They forced me to let the original guy come back. The door is still cracked, but I can close it without it rubbing against the strike plate now.
