Glenn Layton, Sr. started Layton Real Estate in 1967 with a pencil and a pad of paper. Back then, real estate sales were sealed with a handshake over the back fence between friends. In 1990, Glenn Layton Jr. joined his father in the family business.

We worked with Sarah to sell our family home, and she was WONDERFUL! She was helpful, honest, and transparent. We never felt like she was pushy about getting the sale, she wanted us to get the most we could out of the home, as quickly as possible.

Selecting Barbara Kearney of Layton Real Estate to sell my elderly mother’s house was the best decision I’ve ever made. She was so great with my mom explaining every little thing so that my mom felt comfortable signing the abundance of paperwork that goes along with selling a house.
