we applied for an apartment on a saturday as the first applicant of an apartment and tried to keep the contact open until a decision to be made by the landlord. during the process(5 days), me and my broker have been trying to reach to the agent (michael klein) through email 5 times. no response was received on any of them. each time after we send a message we had to call them to reach his assistant to make sure that everything they asked is provided. during these 5 days whenever we called them they promised to have any decision and call

I came across Tarek by a strike of luck, but I couldn't have been happier with the whole process. He was very upfront from the beginning and provided any and all updates throughtout the whole process. He faught for me when needed and walked me off the cliff when things were taking longer then it should have. Even though the sell of my condo may have been peanuts for him with everything else he has going on, you would have never known that.
