DO NOT TRUST!!! I had to cancel my policy due to my agent hanging up on me when I asked her to stop talking over me. Then no one responded to me or called me back for over a week about the cancelation so I went directly to the insurance company the policy was held at to cancel. Only email communication from their manager who didn't state in the email that she worked for the company so i thought she was working for the insurance company directly. She was extremely vague and didn't respond for almost a week.. Terrible customer service. They charged a different amount than I signed on my cc authorization

John and his team are absolutely phenomenal! I have been with them for well over 7 years! And it’s always a great experience!
