Great team to work with! Excellent and prompt service whenever I call. The process to switch my car insurance was so seamless and quick that I then added my home as well which resulted in additional discounts. Each time I have stopped by or called my questions and concerns were eased by the team's knowledge and great customer service. I highly recommend Daryl and his team!

State Farm Agency in Hackensack is the only place I would consider for insurance purposes. The management and staff are both knowledgeable and friendly. Damaris is incredibly hard working and enjoys outstanding people skills. She certainly goes the extra mile for her clients. If you are in the market for insurance of any kind I would highly recommend this agency and staff! I suggest Damaris to help you plan for your future. She was a big help to me and my family!

Just having great experience with State Farm. Especially at this one location. Jazmin and the rest of the team have been more than helpful with everything I needed. Where other insurance don’t care about you and just try to get a deal and make their money, not this one! ... thank you for everything. I highly recommend this place!!!

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service Daryl and his agency has offered me. My questions are answered quickly and effectively. When there is an issue he takes the time to handle it and fix the situation. I am extremely grateful for the help and guidance him and the agents at State Farm have provided my during my last hit and run. I had no clue what to do and was overwhelmed. They made it easy for me to understand what i had to do and made themselves available when i needed them.
