I had a contract with this company to pick up my wedding guests from a hotel in Leesburg, VA and transport them to our venue. I even received a confirmation email the morning of the wedding. The buses NEVER showed up. When we called to ask where they were they said that they made a mistake and had no buses available to transport our guests. Our guests had to scramble to drive or Uber to our venue and we ended up starting 30 minutes late because of the transportation failure.

We hired BBC Express to provide round trip motor coach transportation for,our famiky wedding. They were very flexible and professional. As our numbers changed from the original reservations, they provided cost effective akternatives. They followed our timing and route requests and even called to confirm before I did! I would definitely use them again!

After reading positive reviews, we contacted BBC Express to provide shuttle service to and from our daughters wedding and reception. I am such a stickler for contract details and the reservation person Faten was super accommodating. After pricing other shuttle services we found BBC Express was a great value. The shuttle driver contacted me with his cell number and was very responsive - I love great service and these guys did not disappoint! We used BBC Express for our wedding earlier this month, and we had a great experience with them. The minibuses they sent for our guests were all relatively new, and the chauffeurs knew what they were doing which is a relief during such a stressful time. They even threw in a complimentary sedan transfer for us because we booked a few vehicles. Even prior to the service, their reservations team was really helpful in helping me arrange the schedule between our hotel and ceremony. Overall, we had a great experience, and we were glad that the W hotel referred them.
