Not a great experience :( Needed them at 4:15p. Driver shows up at 3:50 says he will wait. Came outside driver not there. Called him , he said he went to the Airport and is on his way back. Didn't arrive back to me until 4:45pm. Offered me a discount, still in the car so not sure if I'll get it! Use some one else.

Awful!!! The driver had his wife with him in the 'taxi'. The taxi was a busted minivan with broken seats (the back of one seat wouldn't stay up--it looked like it was broken in the over-recline position). There was NO METER and when I asked if the driver had change for a $20, he said 'yes'. Upon arrival he realized he only had $6 on him. It was the most awkward and unprofessional taxi service I've ever used.
We will NEVER use Reston 'Taxi' again. Do not call them.

The cab was a unmarked car, he did show up on time. It was $22 to get from Herndon center to Reston metro stop, seems too expensive. The driver wife was in the car, not professional. His id was not visible, and I did not see the fare meter. I thought that he could be a über driver, there is reason I call a taxi cab and not uber, I am looking for professional service. It vary unlikely that I will use Reston taxi again, unless they change the why they do things.
Also the driver took the long way, I live in Herndon I know he added an extra mile and half to the trip.

Cab was on time, it was a local trip no more then 2 miles. however no license was visible and upon arrival the driver told me there was a minimum rate of 12 dollars. No where on the website is that stated. When asked to see the meter he refused and had a small towle and his phone covering it so i could not see the actual cost. I find this very unprofessional and shady. This brings the feeling of distrust towards this company. First and last time i trust this cab service. Ill stick to uber

Called a day ahead for a cab to the support at 6:30 am. No cab arrived by 6:35 so called and the dispatcher - who didn't answer as if I was calling a business - started taking my address info again and said he would send a cab in 10 minutes. That would've been too late so I canceled and drove myself to the airport where I will now have to pay for a week of parking.

OK so normally I walk to work but with all the snow I could not get to the pavements. So I called these guys. The call was answered promptly, and arrived within 10 mins of me calling. The car was nice and clean and the driver was very polite. It clearly states min fee is $12 however for me - getting home safely in the car was more important that saving a few bucks with Uber, in fact I have asked him to pick me up and drop me off for the rest of the week and from now on when I need a taxi I shall be recommending him to all my husbands work colleagues. A great service. You can not pre book Uber and

Don't count on them if you need to be someplace on time. The dispatcher is evidently the problem. I set up times to have them pick me up twice and called to confirm - yet they didn't show up till I called 3 MORE times, waiting in a dark, cold parking lot for them to show up! On another occasion, they were also late for the time I had confirmed with them, and when they finally showed up (after repeated follow-up calls), as I got into the cab, ANOTHER of their drivers called to let me know he was waiting for me!!!! Turns out the dispatcher gave him the wrong number and he was waiting for a client
