If I could givethis place zero stars, I would. DO NOT GO HERE! I am a college student that doesn’t have time to go home for a dentist appointment. I called and booked an appointment for Oct 29th (I made this appointment September 9th) as a new patient. They sent me a text three weeks prior that my hygienist had an emergency. They didn’t call you to reschedule, only sent a text… Unprofessional. I called right away and made a new appointment. The appointment was December 15th at 8:50am. They sent me a text, didn’t call me, saying my hygienist is sick and I need to reschedule less than 24

I have been to many dental offices in my life and find that the Dental Group of Bloomington has been the best one from my perspective. They are very knowledgeable and skilled with the latest technology to address whatever my dental needs are and I would highly recommend their professional services to everyone!

If I had looked at Yelp before going there I would never have gone.
They deserve less than 1 star. Three things:
1. My husband went there and felt that the 2 “deep cleanings” they recommended were not very deep at all. In fact he said that it felt even less than the regular cleanings that he had received previously. But he is not a professional so he accepted it. However, they are wanting to see him every three months and he feels that this is an excessive rip-off. He said he will do six only. But after this he will find someone else.

I am editing my review from 2 stars to 1. I had a lovely conversation following my review with the practice manager and she seemed like she took the feedback to heart and was open to making the necessary changes to improve the patient experience. I have already switched dentists but my husband had not, because he had an upcoming appointment, although his experience had always been the same as mine— one reschedule after another. His appointment was set for tomorrow and he arranged his work schedule to be there. They called today to reschedule because the doctor won’t be in the office. Apparently

When I say this is the most seamless experience I have ever had at the dentist I mean it! I had previously been in limbo with a dentist after moving and insurances changing and I’m so glad that I found this one! I had chipped my front tooth, panicked I called this office. The accommodating woman up front helped me schedule an appointment for the very next day. She also walked me through all of the insurance info and new client paperwork needed. She was so kind and patient with me! I showed up to my appointment, was taken back, had x rays, and was seen with a plan of care in under 15 minutes!
