My mom has been a long term resident in Palm Terrace and I can't say enough about the wonderful care she has been receiving. The staff is kind, professional, and super caring. They work very hard but always with a smile. They call me for every detail on my mom's situation, and I am very appreciative of their amazing job. They sent me photos of her during activities, or Bingo playing, and video call me twice a week in case I couldn't go for a visit. Thank you, Palm Terrace!❤️

I am shocked by all the positive reviews. Maybe it depends on the patient, but our experience has been vastly different.
We have visited my father several times and the lack of attention to either him or us is in stark contrast the Kaiser hospital he was discharged from.
For days, nobody would give us any updates on how he was doing. The first we would know of a problem with his breathing or awareness would be during our visit when we discovered it. At no point did anybody talk to us as we walked in and visited. Nobody checked in while we were there (making us wonder how long he just lays there

Palm Terrace is a beautiful facility & has the best nursing staff, they are always very caring & make sure residents needs are always met. The Activities director is amazing, she always ensures that residents receive activities even during this horrible time of Covid, she provides room visits on a daily basis. Social Services and Case Manager are always making sure residents concerns are being taken care of & have great communication with residents and family members. Very happy with Palm Terrace Healthcare and Rehabilitation.

Palm Terrace is one of the best skilled nursing facility in the area. There are 7 days a week of rehab programs available and it is managed like a hotel. Unlike poorly managed facilities, Palm Terrace is probably the best stay you can get if you need to recover from illness or injury before you can return home at your best level.

I had a loved one stay here and was really impressed with the therapy Dept. With covid we were not allowed to visit so we wanted her out of there as soon as possible and in a good place to go back home and that’s exactly what happened! The whole time she was there the team communicated with us and we knew she was in good hands while she was there. Very happy with the care she received and happy that’s she’s healthy and back home! Would definitely recommend Palm Terrace.

My experience with the Palm Terrace staff has renewed my faith in this type of healthcare setting. Even though I wasn’t able to visit my loved one inside I was always greeted with a hello and a smile in their eyes. I would recommend Palm Terrace to anyone who needs great care to get healthy and strong and return back to normal living.
