STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY. I was initially quoted $117 an hour for a limo by Chuck over the phone. However, what I was not told is that they bill you an additional amount to get the limo to you. When I got the bill and wanted to cancel, I was told that I would still have to pay the full amount despite trying to cancel 2 weeks before the reservation. I would refer the readers to the reviews by Dan D and Emmy S. They had the same experience. If you read the last 3 reviews on this company they all gave them 1 star. The only 5 star review was from 2/23/2015.

This company is a complete SCAM and rip off, the small print on there contract states "purchaser authorizes a charge of $585.00 per transaction to be charged to their credit or debit card to cover administration costs applied to or expenses by the company to research." In other words,..if you question a charge they make they charge you $585. They are also not properly registered to operate in Miami-Dade Department of transportation. STAY AWAYYYYY!!

Thieves. Don't rent from them unless you want to be stolen from and misled. Worse experience of my entire life as I am currently out almost a thousand dollars OVER the price I was quoted due to these people illegally charging my credit card for undiscussed hidden unethical fees. The owner is a LIAR and a scam artist. BE AWARE.

Beware of shady business dealings with this company. Quoted different price over the phone. Started off low but once it's all said and done with extra hidden fees you'll be paying way more than advertised. Short three hour limo rental ballooned up to almost $700 from $400 dollars. Trying to talk to anyone after is impossible they refer you to a "customer service" email address that wasn't helpful and just threatens to cancel reservation without any refund whatsoever. My advice is don't use their service but if you feel the need please read everything carefully and

Requested a last minute limo before prom, the night before the event. Gentleman I spoke with was professional over the phone but was located in Pennsylvania somewhere. Not local in south Florida. Limo was running late and finally broke down on the way to pick up kids to take to their event. Had to request Uber instead and they arrived late. Spoke to Pennsylvania guy over the phone and felt unsure about reliability of alternate vehicle so we had to cancel service altogether. Kids didn't get their limo experience, which was unfortunate. Would recommend trying to find a local company instead

These guys have the best vehicles I've ever seen in Miami. I was very impressed with this selection and the equality. I also cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the drivers. They knew exactly what the most efficient way to get me where I was going without causing me to feel unsafe in anyway. They were quality people from the time I called for a quote until the time I arrived at my destination. I highly recommended them!
