Services
We believe all patients deserve the best care regardless of diagnosis, age or insurance. HRS exists to provide hospitals, caregivers and patients with a one-call, high-tech home healthcare solution. Supported by quality-control initiatives, we ensure superior patient care and healthcare provider satisfaction.
HRS is committed to enhancing and aligning the efforts and performance of people, programs, and services that improve the value of home centered care. By providing every HRS clinician with ongoing education in the classroom and in the field, we aim to deliver the highest quality of care possible to our patients.
Every patient has concerns about medical costs and reimbursement. Home Health Care is substantially more cost effective than staying in the hospital; however, you will need to understand the HRS uses specific billing and insurance procedures. A HRS reimbursement coordinator will serve as your advocate in pursuing all the insurance benefits to which you are entitled.
HRS meets with hospitals regularly to define patient needs after discharge. HRS then assesses the patient in the home environment. Socio-economic needs and clinical needs are assessed in the home environment to determine a living care pathway that the HRS clinician can follow. By standardizing a route for our clinicians, HRS is able to define and refine better methods of care.

Recruiting manager, hiring manager, and HR lack professional, thorough, and effective correspondence. Company is continuously growing with new locations and offices however offer mediocre salaries with no incentive for yearly pay increase with all the expansion and growth advertised. Offer multiple open positions however most positions are duplicated postings at the same corporate location, posted every couple of weeks on the same and different job boards which leads one to conclude high turnovers, low compensation, and unsatisfied employees. Your level of education, competency, degree, and years

An absolutely horrible company. They do not return phone calls and have absolutely no desire to help you. My brother in law was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and underwent surgery for it. We required special bandages for his wounds that they were to order. It’s been FIVE weeks and we still don’t have them. We have had the orders faxed repeatedly. Each time they tell us a different fax number. Still they tell us they don’t have the order. Truly an awful company.

I had two home health visits after I was discharged from the hospital on 7/29 with an ostomy. My initial visit was the next day with my nurse and her manager since the nurse was new to the company. At my second visit, the following Tuesday, I asked if any supplies were order for me and she told me yes. She also went over the schedule with me, indicating my next visit would be Thursday and then move to once a week thereafter. I got no call Wednesday indicating what time should be here Thursday so I just assumed 8am like the previous visits. Thursday, no one showed. So I called inquiring on the time

I worked for HRS for 5 years and it was an OK experience. The issue was having a stable amount of patients to work with. Some of the patients HRS gets are oftentimes not used to being cared for by CNAs who are minorities. I've experienced racism working at HRS and I've even had patients to lie on me for stuff I didn't do. Some of the work assignments aren't that great and staffing will keep under wraps a patient's true colors. HRS tend to deal with a lot of high end clients who are super picky. Which makes working impossible because you're forced to take other jobs

Great health care from their nurses. Only thing I don't like is how they treat their nurses. Just to save a buck.

This review is mainly for Diana M. of HRS.

After my dad spent a week in the hospital, he was prescribed home health care. This was my first experience with home health care; my parents had worked with other firms before, but with my mom in another hospital, I went with the attending physician's advice and engaged HRS.

Home health care assigns a team of professionals to the patient and caregiver to assess their needs. We were assigned a social worker, Tom, an OT, PT and nurse, Diana. The nurse does the initial intake and assessment, the OT determines whether there's a need for future
