Services
Most of the individuals who arrive at our door, or to this website, share something special with one another. They each have a story which they are asked to tell often, which stabs at listeners' hearts, and which ultimately lead them to us. They learned that modern medicine's best solution for the treatment of their damaged nervous system is not a procedure nor any particular medication.
At TRYAbiltity Physical Therapy is done the way it should be. Hands-on, 1-on-1, in 60 to 90 minute sessions with licensed clinicians who specialize in neuro rehabilitation, and who've proven their expertise with over 20 years of experience. We use evidence based practices, state of art equipment, and create a therapeutically enriched environment to produce the best outcomes for each patient.
This varies by patient and is evaluated based on patient need, and if the patient is utilizing insurance benefits, the length of time insurance will cover. Appointments range from 1 to 2 hours typically. Sessions can occur 2-4 times per week, with a minimum of twice per week to ensure the best outcomes.
According to the National Spinal Cord Injury Association, as many as 450,000 people in the U.S. are living with a spinal cord injury (SCI). Often, people with SCI stop therapy and exercise because they believe that there is no hope for improvement. At TRYAbility, we believe that it is never to late to stretch your abilities and improve your outcome and the research behind continued Activity Based Therapies is proving this to be true.

The staff at TRYAbility are amazing & couldn't be more nice. You can tell that there is an obvious interest in treating those of us with neurological specific injuries & illnesses. Don't let the couldn't be more nice comment lure you into a sense of complacency. You will be pushed physically and mentally and held accountable for your therapy! State of the art equipment, individualized therapy sessions based on your specific condition & activity level. I find myself wanting to go to therapy 5-7 days a week. Could NOT be happier with the care & outcomes that I'm getting & have seen! 40y/o male PPMS

TRYAbility is THE place to go for neurorecovery therapy. The therapists are not only extremely knowledgeable about neurorecovery but very versatile in treating patients depending on their capabilities. The clinic has unique equipment specific to accommodate the many issues of neuro diseases. I was in a wheelchair when first diagnosed with my neuro autoimmune that attacked my spine, I now walk with 2 canes after years of work, and am working to get down to one cane. Sakina and Jackie are awesome to work with, and Tracey understands exactly what the business needs to help those of us affected.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Sakina and Jackie and staff at Tryability! My 24 year old daughter had a spinal cord injury from an accident and was partially paralyzed. She was in a wheelchair when we started at Tryability and after a year of their great out of the box thinking and therapy she left walking with just a brace on her ankle. They constantly came up with new and innovative things to try and never gave up. Their hard work and my daughters made a life changing recovery. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They can help people live a better life no matter the injury

TRYAbility is an amazing neuro rehabilitation facility. My husband suffered a subarachnoid hemorrhagic stroke. We were referred to TRYAbilty and it has been a great fit for him. They are all so kind, friendly and compassionate to everyone who goes there and are also very supportive with the caregivers too. I love how they get very creative and challenge my husband with therapy and think outside of the box, if something isn’t working they change it up for the patient.
