One of the older gentleman that works there was extremely rude I can with a donut on my car and something was wrong with the lugnut and then walked away , so the other employee apologized and said he was in a bad mode smh

SLOW LEAK AT MY RIGHT REAR TIRE THEY SERVICED MY VAN IN MINUTES THE GENTLEMAN SHOWED THE CAUSE OF THE LEAK A SMALL NAIL THEY PROPERLY PUT THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF TIRE PRESSURE P.S.I. AND WE WERE ON OUR MERRY WAY NO CHARGE, BUT I GAVE HIM A NICE TIP FOR HIS SERVICE FIRST TIME THERE, WILL NOT BE THE LAST TIME!

We moved to the area 3 years ago and were still going to our previous mechanic. They closed shop and panic set in. Our neighbors suggested Rossi’s and we are thankful. My boyfriend had his catalytic converter replaced for reasonable price. I had a camshaft oil solenoid circuit replaced, reasonable price and good communication. Frank was great. We’ll be repeat customers. After going to the same mechanic for 20 years it’s nice to know we have somewhere we trust, within walking distance from home and reasonable prices. Thank you.

Great customer service! My tire was flat due to a nail. They plugged the hole & remounted the tire, all while I waited. The manager said, “ We don’t charge for this. Just give the guy a tip.” I was blown away! This is another reason why we should all support small businesses like Rossi’s!

I have used Rossi for tires for years, always great service and price.Yesterday I had a screw in my tire. They took me right away and were so fast and efficient. They didn't even charge for plugging my tire just suggested I give the mechanic a tip, which I did. Great place!

Thanks to Bob and his staff for a quick turnaround on my car yesterday. Car was purchased new in May and I realized yesterday morning (November 30) that my inspection was due (I guess it sat on the dealer lot for a while before I bought it). Called Bob and he said to drop off the car and they would get it done. A couple of hours later I had a newly inspected car along with an oil change!

They are always honest and go out of their way to give you the best service and the best deal. I used to take my car to the dealership for everything but since I started coming here I haven't been back to the dealer yet! If you come here and they determine that you don't need work you thought you needed, they will tell you that rather than be out to get your money. I'll be back again and again.
