I got my Ford f150 transmission rebuilt 3 years ago after one year to the day just about it malfunctioned. Tony took care of the problem no cost or problems. Now 3 years ago 38000 miles the trans is shot and wont go in reverse. I do now tow any trailers or equipment, I may use 4x4 3times a year. Its BS i have to put a boat load of money out again after paying 1400 3 years ago.

Definitely bring your car here. I brought in my old k car. The transmission and axles were shot. Fred and Scott worked on it and gave me a good price and stuck to it even after the repair. Within just a couple of days my car was done. They even backed their work with a warranty. I am going to recommend all my friends here. I recommend you go here too for all transmission services.

When my car's transmission broke down, I called around to a few transmission shops in the area. Fred at Authorized Transmissions was the only one who clearly spelled out what his shop would do, how much labor he would charge, and also gave an estimate on parts; the choice was clear.
I had the car dropped off on a weekend and heard back from Fred on Monday that in fact I didn't need any transmission work, only a shift cable that had snapped off. I also opted to replace the original clutch (136k miles) and I couldn't be happier with the work. Done when promised, for the price quoted, and it runs

Had a wonderfull experiance with these guys. Never used them in the past but the service i got from Tony was the best. They took care of handling a warranty transmission for me and had my back the whole time making sure the warranty company did not take advantage of me. Work was done in a few days and the car drives great.
I would use them again in a heartbeat...

Brought in my 2005 Mercedes for a regular transmission service (oil and filter) for an estimate of $250. In the middle of the job they tell me a connector is leaking and it will be another $250 to replace.
I googled it and it turns out that this is pretty common and easy fix. The connector is actually $10 and everyone say it is a 10 minute job including the time to lift the car.
When I pick up the car I show them a printout of the real price of the part and they lower it on my bill to $85 for a grand total of $365.78. It is clear that they basically try to take advantage of non technically-inclined
